- What are you hoping to get from joining this community?
- To be a more gentle person to me. I do a lot of nurturing and loving on others until I'm sunk and sapped. I tell others to be easy with themselves. I tell myself to hurry up and figure things out so I can find the time, money, resources to go back out there and help. Its not very healthy but I'm finding ways to be in alignment with my heart values and to love myself. Thanks for creating Women Who Feel Good. We need to be reminded.

Wow - not long now, August is not far away. We were promised a heatwave here in the UK but no sign of it yet - maybe I should have stayed in Spain lol :)
I can imagine that it must be uncomfortable for you at times in the heat over there!

Glad he is much better - he can enjoy his field trip now :)
I will post some pictures of Spain. It is just past midnight here, we are leaving for the airport at 2am so decided to stay up even though I am flagging a bit now - will get some sleep on the journey instead! I will be checking in on the site from time to time whilst I am away.
