Post your weekly commitments here - remember, they should be something a little outside of your normal routine and something that makes you feel good. Don't choose more than 2 or 3 per week and make sure they are something achievable.  It is better to break something down into smaller steps over more weeks than run yourself into the ground trying to do too much!  Quality not quantity is the key :)

Mine for the coming week are:
1. Start my Zumba class on Friday of course. Great because it takes me out of my comfort zone as well as adding some movement and lots of fun into my week. I will let you know if I am still able to move on Saturday :)
2. Go to bed early twice this week to get some reading in. I try and squeeze so much in sometimes and I love my books
3. Have a long bubble bath - perfect now the evening are drawing in a bit and an opportunity to lie back with a cuppa and a magazine. Haven't done that in absolutely ages
It's Friday, how was your week? Hope your Zumba class was a success! Throwing ourselves out of our comfort zones is a great thing. :)

My Zumba class was great fun - really energizing and the time wizzed by! I was pleased that I managed to keep up with it quite well for my first go and it was a lot easier than my DVDs - phew :) It is good to get out of your comfort zone isn't it, stops us getting too comfortable in our familiar routine and not trying anything new.

Only 1 slightly early night and no bubble bath yet but working Saturday morning so plan to have a long relaxing bath as soon as I get in. The early nights may need to go on next weeks list too...

One long and very leisurely bath done - that was blissful :)
My commitments for this week:
1. Hoover the inside of my car because I love it when it looks nice and at the moment it is in need of some care and attention!
2. Go for 1 early night this week as last wek didn't go to plan
3. Arrange a hair appointment - nothing like a hair cut to make you feel so much better :)
